Barclay, formerly Drago, is a sweet, goofy one-year-old blue-nosed pit looking for a special foster home. He’s deeply bonded with his current foster mom but needs someone experienced with fearful, reactive dogs. Barclay is scared of strangers and loud noises but does well with calm dogs after proper introductions. He’s neutered, up to date on shots, and on meds to help manage his fears. Barclay needs a calm, patient, confident person—no kids or cats—and someone willing to meet several times to earn his trust. He’s working with a trainer and improving weekly. Hi, I’m Rex! I’m about 5 months old and still just a playful puppy. I’m super sweet, very friendly, and a total Velcro dog who just wants to be with you. I’m learning housetraining and crate training, and I take my medicine like a champ after a recent allergic reaction. Sadly, I’ve clearly been abused in my short life, so I’m scared of loud voices and quick movements—but once I know you’re kind, my little tail wiggles nonstop.
